Facility Manager Team

Derrel’s Mini Storage, Inc. is looking for qualified Facility Manager Team(s) of two people. Under general supervision, the Facility Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of one of our self-storage facilities. Part-Time Relief Manager Team

Derrel's Mini Storage, Inc. is looking for a qualified Relief Manager Team of two people. This position typically works two consecutive days per week but may have the opportunity to work additional days as needed. Under general supervision, the Relief Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of one of our self-storage facilities. Operational hours are 7 am to 7 pm with each team member working eight hours per day. Grading/ Underground/ Concrete Crew Laborer and Equipment Operators

Grading/Underground/Concrete Crew Laborers and Equipment Operators in Multiple positions for underground and/or earthwork projects throughout the Valley. Full-time with benefits. Some travel (Bakersfield & Modesto/Stockton) is required. Motor grader, scraper, laser, and/or backhoe experience desired. All work is for private development projects. The ideal candidate has experience with pipe laying for water piping including fire hydrants and/or grading work. Crews usually work four-ten hour days per week. Travel expenses and per diem are compensated when travel is required.

Our Crews work full-time all year long on our private development projects. If travel is required the company pays for the hotel, per diem, and crew transportation in company vehicles. Travel crews work four – 10 hour days with travel time paid to and from the project city. All equipment and tools are furnished. Safety and Reliability is required. Benefits include employee health insurance paid by the company, vacation, paid holidays, and sick time.
