“I've had my storage unit for about 6 years. I never worried about my things in storage, until the day I try to get in my storage unit but can't. I went in and the gentleman told me it was because my payment was late. I've been late on payments, and understandingly I paid the late fees. But this month, I received a letter saying that my right to use storage unit **33 has been terminated and that my rights to access storage unit has also been terminated. I'm also told that my stored property will be sold to satisfy lien after 8/30/26. Immediately I went in to give a partial payment on 8/13/26. Nevertheless, I get a notice of luen sale on 8/15/26. What gets me most, is that rays got into my belongings and alot of my things are ruined. Did I file to be compensated for my losses? I filled the firms out but didn't file when I was assured the ray traps would be updated as my unit hadn't been updated. I go into my unit on 8/13/26 to find rats got into more of my property. So much for keeping it cordial. Very disappointed and feel insulted, because we're still in August but Derrels on Maple has decided to sell my property. Asked about price I paid for unit. Well, overpriced, and charged fo lien fees , when we're still in August. Am I wrong ???.”
