These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms. You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well. You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Welcome to sunny Fresno and the Derrel’s Mini Storage facility on 3514 W. Dakota Avenue. To reach us, from Golden State Highway, exit onto W. Clinton Avenue and head west on that road. Then, turn right on N. Valentine Avenue. After a few blocks the road curves west and becomes Dakota Avenue. You’ll find our gated facility on the right at the edge of a lovely suburban neighborhood. We’re conveniently located across the street from a Penske Truck Rental as well.

Fresno is a big city of 537,000 residents. It’s the capital of Fresno county and named, in Spanish, for the plentiful ash trees on the banks of the San Joaquin River. Our Dakota Avenue location is ten minutes north of the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Mountain View Cemetery, and Belmont Memorial Park.
