“I love derryls but I’m sorry to say they auctioned off my fiancés unit when I had made a payment and then I emailed them in December and they FLAT OUT said that the unit wasn’t auctioned off and sent what we owed but I went to make a payment and I was told that it WAS auctioned off. Now someone lied and sold a unit that should’ve never been auctioned off til December. I had lost my job January of last year and I wasn’t able to make payments but I had a friend that helped me with payments and I had stopped paying both my units at the same time. How in the world is it possible for my fiancés units to be SOLD in August or September WHEN I made a dang payment in August?!?! And that was to BOTH of the units mine and my fiancé.! So someone screwed up and sold the unit that had a payment on it and KEPT sending emails to my fiancé about PAYING the unit. So now we both lost our children’s items and have no way of getting it back LOST my DEAD grandpa’s Christmas stuff and my aunts couch WITH NO WAY OF KNOWING that it was gone! So now that payment I made meant nothing and ain’t no one gonna COMPENSATE me or him for that payment I made and all the stuff we lost especially my DEAD grandpa’s stuff. And we can’t get any of that back at all!!! And plus when I call NO ONE answers and VERY RARELY calls crack so when a customer calls ANSWERR YOUR DAMN PHONE!!! I’d still rent a unit from derryls but I know now TO NEVER call them or email because they lied. Anyway in conclusion what I’m trying to say is y’all need to NOT sell something that did get a payment because now we can’t get none of that stuff back especially the stuff that had MEANING to it! Thanks a lot for nothing and selling a unit I had made a payment on in August..”
